In August, the Faculty of Further Education developed a unique general education program "Cinema School" for Children and Adolescents as part of a signed cooperation agreement between the St. Petersburg State University of Film and Television and the International Film School "Cinema"
Within the framework of this network interaction joint educational projects are planned, aimed at creating an educational development environment that identifies the creative abilities of children and adolescents in the field of cinema. In the process of training will be carried out the preparation of full-fledged creative teams, able to independently make a short film, based on the developed scenario.
Today, additional education for children and adolescents at the Institute is reaching a new level. The program "Cinema Film School " provides an opportunity to provide students with new courses for courses. Within the framework of the agreement on networking, classes will be held in all districts of St. Petersburg, as well as in the main building of the University.
The training program allows newcomers to immediately join the real work on the production of films. The guys acquire the skills of working in a team, they learn to "not be afraid" of the camera, they learn not to lose the story line. The children quickly develop communication skills.
According to Vlasta Arno, film director, producer, member of the St. Petersburg Union of Journalists, founder, head and teacher of the International Film School "Cinema", film school is the most favorable environment for serious professional training of a new generation of active youth, which is combined with active socially useful activity and unites students around interesting and large-scale cases.
Joint educational program allows you to quickly master the basics of such interesting and complex professions, as: director, cameraman, actor, script writer, editor, videobloger. The children learn to shoot their own short shorts of artistic and documentary films, plots, commercials, clips, video blogs.
Cooperation between the St. Petersburg State University of Film and Television and the International Film School "Cinema" will serve as an excellent opportunity for the early self-realization of children and adolescents in the field of cinema and television. During the training a friendly atmosphere and a team of like-minded people are formed, children can create their real movie on professional cinema equipment, take part in master classes from professionals in the film industry and much more!
